Module 1: Meaningful Meetings
The first module of our course is going to focus on meetings. Business professionals will have to complete a series of functions before, during and after a meeting, and this module aims to equip you with the necessary tools that you'll need to both lead and attend meetings like a pro!
Module 2: Perfect Presentations
Our second module is going to focus on presentation and public speaking skills. We'll be learning how to effectively prepare for a presentation, how to outline and open a presentation, and how to deliver your speech in a way that will excite and engage the audience.
Module 3: Nifty Negotiations
This module is where we'll be looking at negotiation skills. We'll be looking at a series of common functions that you will have to complete when negotiating at work in English, and we'll be learning some very useful vocabulary that will help you get what you want from the deal and WIN.
BONUS: Cross-Cultural Understanding
This BONUS module is all about cross-cultural understanding. A lot of time you will be communicating and working with other business professionals from all over the world. So it's important that we have a good understanding of other cultures and how that might impact the way we do business together.
