Here's What You Should Do Now:
1. Go To Your Email Inbox
We've sent you several emails. Open the email called "Your New We-Speak-Business Account".
Add "[email protected]" to your email's address book to avoid important emails going to your SPAM folder.
2. To Start Your Course
You will need to go back to the website and log in. You need to use the email and the password you created before making the payment.
*If you don't remember the password:
1) Click this "Login" link and click "Forgot Your Password" at the bottom of the page.
2) Check your email for instructions. Set your new password by following the instructions in the email and log in with your email and that new password.
3. Sign In To Your Account
Enter your email address and your password and press the "Submit" button.
4. Check Settings and Change Password
Click the user icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
Then change your password to something that will be easier to remember and make sure all three boxes are checked, so you don't miss any of the lessons. When you've done that, click Save at the bottom.
Next, click the user icon again and select My Library.
5. Navigate Through Your Course
My Library is where you can find the various courses that you have joined. The We-Speak-Business Unlimited program consists of We-Speak-Business Unlimited Live Lessons, Recorded Lesson Vault, and Student Chat. Click "View Course" to view the section.
6. Start Your Course
Start by clicking watching the video inside We-Speak-Business Unlimited.
In the "How This Course Works" video you will learn how to join live lessons and how to use all the great functions of the We-Speak-Business Unlimited program. It's important to start from the "How This Course Works" video so that you understand how to use this course, how to access all of the lessons, and what you can expect. Please watch it in full now and follow the instructions to get the most out of this program. This course gives you access to all previous and upcoming lessons from any location.
7. Help Center
If you've watched the video in full and still have questions, please go to the "Help Center". You will find links to it on the sidebar of every page. Make sure to review all of the articles there and follow the instructions.
